SAMPLE CHARGE:

1.Samples time: 3 days for stock samples and 15 days for sampling 

2.Sample cost: We always charge the sample cost for bicycle frames100% higher than bulk order price, but when you place a bulk order, will refund the extra 100% we charged.

 1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.

 2. Confirm the specification, price, lead time, payment term etc.

 3.XCX  sales send the Proforma Invoice .

 4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.

 5. Inform the clients that we have got the payment, And will arrange the products according to your order.

 6. One week before shipping date, XCX will inform clients to make payment of balance.

 7. Clients make payment for balance and XCX Ship the goods. Inform the tracking number (send clients the documents and Bill of Lading for customs clearance)and check the status for clients.

 8. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .

 9. Feedback to XCX about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better .
