Composition And Feature:

 

The dual-axle bogie is composed of swing bolster, side frame, wheel set, axle box and swing bolster spring sets, and the lower car frame is used by dual-axle bogie to form a set of four-axle bogie construction.

 

The wheel set is the structure with the rolled steel wheel pressed in the axle. The construction of axle box is easy for inspection and oil filling, which is composed of axle box body, front cover, rear cover, sealing ring, shims and bearings. The bearings are fixed by the axle end baffle and bolts.

 

Each of swing bolster spring set is comprised of 4 springs.

 

In order to prevent the center plate from wearing, the center plate will be coated with molybdenum disulphide lubricating grease during the first assembly and routine maintenance.

 

In addition, the principle for center pin assembly is that the big center pins are inserted from the bottom and the medium and small center pins are inserted from the top, and they will be fixed by the cotter pins.

 

Two side bearings are provided at the top of each dual-axle bogie to carry the load from the upper car frame.

The axle box support plate is installed in order to prevent the wheel set from being disconnected from the axle box and to reinforce the side frame.
