Function:

CDQ elevator machine is a special equipment for coke dry quenching process. It is equipped with red coke (about 1050 °C) of coke bucket lifting from the car up to the top of the tower, along track shift to dry quenching tank hopper. When coke bucket slowly seated in the hopper, coke bucket at the bottom of the valve opens automatically. Red Coke into dry quenching tank. Then lift the empty coke bucket, hoist along the track back to the lift tower. Place an empty coke bucket carried on the car. Hook opened, preparations for the next cycle.
