MMO coated DSA electrode assembly

1. Genaral three types for the application:

a. Grade 1 titanium as substrate, mixed Ru-Iroxide as coating,for brine water or muriatic acid environment or other chlorine evolution reaction

b. Grade 1 titanium as substrate, mixed Ir-Taoxide as coating for sulfate acid environment or other oxygen evolution reaction

c. Grade 1 titanium as substrate, PbO2 as coating for oxygen evolution reaction with high current density

2. Technologies:

a. For titanium substrate: Sand blasting, acid pickling

b. For solid coating: electroplating, sintering and oxidation

c. For flatness:annealing

d. For shapes:wire-cutting or laser cutting to gurantee precision

e. For holes and bending: die for punching
