I can't straigthen my hair ,what should I do ?

1) Make sure that the direction of the steam brush is right.

2)  Make sure that the temperatrue which you choose is right.

The steam brush has not the steam ,what should I do ?

1)Check the container,if is not enough water ,pls fill in it and close the brush for 90s,until the steam come up.

2)Make sure the water container is placed correctly.

3)Make sure it has any accident blocked.

4)Under the very humid enviroment,maybe you can't see the steam,but it is still work.

The brush can not heated up,what should I do ?

1)Connect the power,and long press the "POWER SWITCH"to start it.

2)Make sure the brush is not in the energy saving mode.

Can't change the brush's temperature.

Maybe you are in the "locking mode",you can long press the "+" or "-" to unlock the brush.

1.Back board of steam brush is getting more and more higher temperature when using,pls keep skin away from the brush ,avoid the wire close to the heater part of brush.

2.Do not use the brush beside the bathtub,shower head and other container filled with water.
