1.Once the products being recieved, pls send us photos as evidence for any quality 

problems and we will compensate accordingly . we will not be  compensating for any 

quality problem that's caused by buyer .

2.Once the products not being recieved at expected date ,we expected buyer to contact 

us immediately and we will provide the tracking service.

2) Bulk order MOQ:500pcs/design ,can mixed 2 or 3 color

 2.Sample Policy:

 1). Sample lead time:Usually within 7--10days

 2). We need to charge the sample cost and shipping fee. The sample fee will be fully 

returned when  bulk order reach to 300pcs.

3.Shipping:

1).By air, sea or combined transportation

2).Express via FEDEX,TNT,UPS,DHL,EMS,...(As your request)

3).Tracking Number will offer you immediately after delivery.

4.Delivery Time:

1).Small order:Within 15-20 delivery after receiving your payment.

2.Big order: 30--45day after sample approval.

5.Payment:

1).Paypal, WesternUnion, T/T

2.30% deposit and balance 70% paid before shipment or against  the copy of B/L.
