1. The material of screws is C structure steel, and the shelving , uprights , beams are made of

Q235 cold rolled steel.

2. General characteristics:

a. adopting the adjustable shelf linked by the mechanical locking installation between the crossbeam and upright.

b. The bearing component of shelf is designed according to normal use limitation, the non-bearing component

is designed according to requirement.

c. Intensity design value: Based on the national current standard.

d. The linking materials adopt CO2 protecting welding-technique in compliance with current

(Welding Using Steel String)

e. Surface handling: Having a automatically high-pressure static spraying and painting production line,

using Chinese famous brand (Bravery Brand RD31) series epoxy resin powder;

the surface is painting by static epoxy resin powder with thickness 60-80 micron;

the static electricity powder-sprayed skill is up to the GB 92865-88 standard;

the hardness is 100 times than normal lacquer, and up to 2H requirement of the GB6739-86 standard,

the time of anti-corrode(fog experiment)GB1771-91 is more than 700 hours.

2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China, close to

Guangzhou and Hongkong. You can fly to Hongkong, Guangzhou or Shenzhen

airport directly. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you

A: As general, the raw material of steel code is Q235. Other steel is also available

A: As general, 40% T/T down payment and balance before shipping.

A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types. As general, within 25 days,

for ordinary order quantity of pallet racking system.

6. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Shenzhen port, the closest port to us, is recommended strongly as loading

port. Guangzhou port is also available, but not recommended because of much

higher in-land trucking transportation costs from our factory.
