System Advantages:
1. The spraying amount& working width can be automatic controlled or manually. Each nozzle can be controlled separately,nozzle free combination so as to adjust spray width. Spraying can be controlled in the cab or rear platform.
2. The automatic control system can detect speed and input spraying type&amount,so as to automatic calculated asphalt pump revolutions and then automatically adjust asphalt pump speed.
3. The vehicle-mounted rapid heating system (10-15 ℃ / h).Also improve the heating efficiency and reduce time to ensure spraying temperature;
4. The remaining asphalt can be blown out by high-pressure air to prevent freezing in the nozzle pitch.So to increase nozzle life.

Personalized equipment:
1.. All external heat pipes has heat insulation, reducing heat dissipation personnel while avoiding operators burning;
2. Asphalt spray bar folded three-stage structure.By moving the upwards&downwards spraying can achieve double or multiple spraying. Moving left or right the spraying bar to expanded spraying range, and effectively avoid obstacles;
3. Asphalt tank with internal sewage sedimentation tank, level indicator and alarm and security devices.
