Once we receive your enquiries, we will notify our personnel to proceed accordingly, while keeping you in the loop during the entire design and production process every step of the way.

Q: What is your lead time?

 It takes approximately 10-20 working days after the pre-production sample has been confirmed. (A deposit is required.)

 -If you would like to use your own measurement guide, please feel free to provide us your size charts.

 A basic sample fee will be charged $20-$100 and refunded back to you once the order is placed and confirmed. It will approximately take 10-15 working days.

If you have your own design, please provide it to us. We will produce the products based on your design. However, if you do not have your own design, please send us your requirements. We will select and provide you samples, which meet your request.
