Sublimation Platens Machine is printing process of various products for sublimation and heat transfer printing and gilding.

1,The SFS-M09A heat press has 4 loading platen and is powered by pneumatic driving system, it is integrated with programmable control panel, electromagnetic switch and ThermTUBE™ Heating elements to effectively enhance the production efficiency, heat up speed / eveness and pressing stability to printing process of various products for sublimation and heat transfer printing and gilding.
with 4 platens design, the prepress processing can be carried out when one side is being press, typical applications of the heat press include heat transfer printing onto fabrics such as T-Shirts, flat materials, carpets, mats, tiles, ceramics, as well as wood boards, sheet metal, plastics, polyester coated materials and a large range of other flat substrates.

 

2,ThermTUBE™ Heating Technology
Most of SUN-FLY's heat presses utilise the unique ThermTube™ As heating element to effectively enhance the stability and speed of machine's temperature. The ThermTube™ Heater winds tighter and closer of each heating tube lines which are entirely embeded in the heating platen

 

3,Digital Control
The digital control panel is the controlling centre of temperature and time. The temperature feedback from sensor of the heater can be transfered to the panel in real time, according to the preset temperature, the panel will decide if the temperature should keep going up or remain the same.

 

4,Pneumatic Power System
The SFS-M09 heat press is powered by pneumatic system. It saves manpower of pressing process and increase the production ability of sublimation printing.

 

5,Flat Silicon Mat
The flat silicon mat is used as substrate protector offering elastic underlay function with excellent heat resistance properties.

 

6,CE Certified
The SFS-M09 has been CE certified.

 

7,4 Working Platens
The purpose of 4 platens design is to increase the effectiveness of heat press production. When one platen is being pressing, the operator can prepare the sublimation blanks on the rest 3 idle platens, therefore using this 4 platens machine can apparently enhance the production ability of sublimaton blanks.
