quality control

1. Testing by autocollimator

The straightness, flatness and verticality of the guide ail are measured by Model 1401 two-dimentsional precise autocollimator.

2. Testing by interferometer

The interferometer is worth USD50,000. Only one or two factories in China will buy it for quality test. We are the one. The interferometer is used to test the fiber laser power in every corner of the machine bed, to ensure laser cutting machine best cutting effect.

3. Testing by Marble

Transmitting parts and guide rail are tested by marble to check its perpendicularity.

4. Final testing before delivery
