1. The fiber laser series are new line of metal precise processing equipment powered by fiber laser technology. The quality fiber laser beam results in faster cutting speeds and higher quality cuts compared to other cutting solutions. The key advantage of a fiber laser is its short beam wavelength (1,064nm). The wavelength, which is ten times lower than that of a conventional C02 laser, generates high absorption into metals. This makes the fiber laser become a perfect tool for cutting sheets of stainless steel, mild steel etc.
2. The efficiency of a fiber laser far exceeds traditional YAG or CO2 laser equipment. The fiber laser beam is capable of cutting reflective metals with much less energy as the laser is absorbed into the metal being cut. The unit will consume little to no energy when not active.
3. Another advantage of fiber laser is the use of highly reliable single emitter diodes with projected lifetimes greater than 100,000 hours of continuous or pulsed operation.
A. All parts are tested strictly. Pay special attention to the white device, it's Autocollimator. With such a high-tech device, it's easier to test the balance for rail while most of small factories adjust only by technician's familiarity.

1. What’s the function of fiber laser?
Fiber Laser is only used to cut metals like Stainless Steel, Carbon/Mild Steel, Galvanized Steel, etc. Non-metal is not ok.
2. What's the max. cutting thickness?
Cutting thickness is related to laser power.
300W: 1.5mm stainless steel, 4mm carbon steel
500W: 3mm stainless steel, 6mm carbon steel
1000W: 5mm stainless steel, 12mm carbon steel
2000W: 10mm stainless steel, 18mm carbon steel
Note: only 1KW or above fiber laser could cut Aluminum, Copper, Brass and other high reflection sheet metal.

≥1KW: Rofin / IPG made in Germany
4. How to choose among different models?
1) Belt transmission with stepper motor for advertisement and light industries purpose, both 300 and 500W could be installed.
