Feature:

1)Italy imported steel-strip belt; precise gear wheels transmitting technology.

(The gear wheels move instead of the belt, to prevent sawtooth caused by vibration from the long belts.)

2) Patent upper blowing system together with normal lower blowing systems;

3) Precision as high as ball screw guide laser bed, ensures 20-year life without deformation.

4) Firm machine body heat treatment, high temperature annealing to eliminate its machine stress, quadrate pipes jointing and gantry milling. Cutting precision: ±0.1mm.

Second, 600°C High Temperature to anneal machine body with 24 hours cooling inside oven.

Third, 8m High Precision CNC Lathe to mill machine body with roughing first.

Fourth, VSR.

Fifth, getting rid of rust before painting with finishing.
