3.Comparison of traditional ceramic filter and sintered polymer filter :

They use different material ,ceramic filter is organic and sintered polymer filter is inorganic.

The method of ceramic filter forming pore:it is make up of base material , high temperature binder, pore creating material .The key point of forming pore is how to select and how much to use the creating pore material , and also concerned by the filter blanks. The process of forming pore,at first the creating pore material occupy some space , and then it separate from base material and form the pore under high temperature sintered in certain time.For it is difficult to disport uniformily between the creating pore material and base material .

The method of sintered polymer filter forming pore: in the process of sintered and moulded , control and make the polymer powder present semi-melt state,melt in surface and non-melt or half-melt inner side, which final make these contacting particle firmly cemented and form the porous by the result of stacking of polymer powder. And its pore diameter is uniformity, because it uses the sigle material and easy to keep the particle diameter uniformity.
