Smart canbus led headlight kit fit on 95% Germany cars and American cars & high-performance LED driver

Compared to HID, LED Headlights do not have too much current and voltage, the main canbus issue is power not match,so EK designed a LED Canbus relay with a 15w 20ohm resistor inside to increase power.

The actual power of K16 is 24w, plus 15w, its total power can reach 39w and it basically can match the power of 35w HID.In all, it can solve almost all LED canbus issues, such as flickering, one side on and one side dim, etc.

Light body heat dissipation all in one design, 360degree heat groove: Double-sided copper PCB board+ High thermal conductivity aluminum+ Copper mesh cooling,perfect thermal design.
Applied with newest copper mesh thermal system, with powerful thermal and heat dissipation, had solved overheat burning problem of LED headlight that caused by fan malfunction.
Copper mesh requires smaller space,optionally bent in different directions, coupled withsmall size cooling pad, suitable for all car types.
Quick start, reach 100% brightness when start up, with incomparable start response rate than HID.
Stationary base separate from light body design, easy to install,with removable stationary base adaptors, it can be changed to different base for separate use, lower the stock pressure.
Ultra small size driver design, connected with light source, easy for installation.
Complied with IP65 waterproof and dustproof standards(Don’t put lamp beads emitting surface into the water, because LED is directly exposed.)
In line with EMI anti-interference requirements, external canbus relay can pass the car computer system.

Applied with Philips light source, LUXEON Z ES . Lamp beads packed with thin film flip technology, no gold wire, had improved the function performance of
LUXEON Z ES in high current and high temperature use.

LUXEON Z ES only has 2X1.6mm emitting surface,providing unprecedented color consistency, brightness and luminous flux density. Better compact beam angle, higher luminousefficacy, ideal for automotive lighting source. Use 3 pcs lamp beads arrangement with 2 emitting surface design, same as original halogen emitting area(4.8x2mm), light beam pattern has equivalent effect as halogen bulb.

We use the best quality led light source for headlight - PHILI-PS LUXEON Z ES to ensure brightness, good color rendering, much less color fading…etc. The famous brand led chips make you never worry about the quality.
