High Screening Efficiency Linear Vibrating Screen

The equipment is mainly used in the industries such as mining metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, coal, etc. for various materials' screening and grading.

The series vibrating screen is consisted of vibration generator, screen frame, rubber spring, screen, etc.

The amplitude of screen frame can be adjusted by changing the nip angle position of two eccentric pieces.

The vibrating screen has two installation mleds, including seat type and overhanging type. The screen has single layer, double layer, tri-layer, and it has stainless bar sieve plate, hard drawn steel-wire screen, steel bar welting net, steel plate perforated screen plate,etc. Sieve pore is generally 4-20mm, and can be adjusted according to the requirement of the the user, the conveyance modes of electric motor can be divided into left and right types according to the requirement of the user.

Note: Installs the inclination angle from teh centering shaker is 15⁰-25⁰, according to choice and so on material nature, screening granularity request appropriate installs teh angle.
