Structure

thickener (high performance thickener) consist of thicken tank ,rake frame, thickener lifting device, unloading device, feeding device, transmission device, and signal security device, whose main component is the thickener and rake frame.

Working principle

The thickener is solid-liquid separation equipment based on gravitational sedimentation, it concentrates slurry( solid content for 10%~20%) into the underflow slurry (solid content for 45%~55%) under gravity sedimentation.

with the slower (1/3~1/5R/min) running of rake installed in the thickener, make thickener underflow slurry outflow from underflow mouth of the thickener.

application

thickener is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, nonmetal, environment-friendly and etc.

Main features of the thickener:

1 Add flocculant to increase the size of the solid particles, thus accelerating the velocity;

2 Shorten the installation tilt plate mineral particles from the settlement to increase the settlement area;

3 Play a layer of thick mud deposition flocculation, filtration, compression and handle the volume;

4 Equipped with a complete-controlled facilities.
