GZ Series Electro Magnetic Ore Vibrating Feeder is a new type continuous feeding equipment. It’s widely used in the manufacturing process of mining, melting, coal, building material, chemical industries.

It can be used as the material supply equipment for the belt conveyor, bucker elevator, crusher, etc. besides. It can be used for automatic mixing, ration packed and automatic control line for the atomization of the production.

Electro-magnetic vibrating Feeder is mainly consists with Rear suspension device. Trough, front suspension device, driving unit rear supporting device, front supporting device.

When the power is on, the electric current passes the electric coils, which creates a magnetic field. The magnetic force changes into vibrating force. Which forces the transmission trough body to make simple harmonic vibration or similar to simple harmonic vibration in a certain direction. When the acceleration of its vibration achieves some certain value, the materials will make continuous and small throws or slides along the transmission direction in the transmission trough body. Which causes the forward motion and transmission of the materials.
