The operatingprinciple of Crushing machinery
The working style of these series jaw crusher is curved dynamic extrusion.
Its work principle :
Motor drive belt and pulleyto make moving jaw up-and-downmotionthrough eccentricspindle.
When moving jaw rise, the angle between toggle plate and movingjaw gets bigger to push the movablejawplatecloseto the fixed jaw plate, so that the materialsarecrushedorchoppedinto small pieces
When moving jaw goes down, moving jaw pull rod under the action of the spring to make it leaving the fixed jaw plate, then the crushed material is discharged from the crushing chamber mouth under gravity.
