• As one of the gravity concentration equipment, the centrifugal concentrator is widely applied in gold recovery.

   

  The centrifugal concentrator is always applied to enrich the heavy minerals in the roughing separation stage. The shaking table is usually applied to process the concentrates of centrifugal concentrator for further upgrading.

• The feeding and discharging could realize the automatic operation with the help of the VFD (frequency converter)

   

  Designed by learning experience of the Knelson and Falcon concentrator, the Chinese version centrifugal concentrator has the features of lower price but good effect. Thus more and more customers prefer to choose the Chinese version.

• 6s series shaking table, characterized for its asymmetric reciprocating movement system, is widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, ranging from 2-0.037mm

• Because of its small capacity and large footprint, the shaking table is usually applied in cleaning stage. e.g. it is always used after the gold concentrator in gold process.
• The recovery rate of shaking table could be as high as 85-95%

• The spiral separator is always applied for processing iron, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium, gold, coal, monazite, rutile, zircon and other metal, nonmetal minerals with enough specific gravity dispersion of granularity ranged from 0.02 to 0.3mm.
• It is best for concentrating  for concentrating sand ore in beach, riverside, seashore and stream.

• The spiral separator is made of the fiberglass lined with wear-resistant polyurethane and corundum cover; the advantages are light, moisture proof, anti-rust, wear proof, anti corrosion and no noise, properly suitable for the different feeding particle sizes and grades. It is the domestic advanced level, the new highly effective equipment.
