2.Comprehensive Description

PLA degradable film blowing machine is our latest product in 2015, and in particular for the PLA environmentally friendly biodegradable materials. In the test before delivery, we use PLA mixed DOP (10: 1--10: 2), and PLA mixed PBS (6: 4), the effect is very good. Tensile strength and toughness to fully meet the needs of supermarket shopping bags.

Our customers in northeast China, has begun mass production PLA35 of environmentally friendly plastic T-shirt bag, won the support of the government.

3. Product Features

(1) High-power motor, with hardened gear box, stable quality and long life.

(2) The extruder barrel and screw are use of high quality alloy steel,which deal with Nitride and precision treatment.

6. Trading terms and after sales service

(1) We sold machines provide at least 360 days of quality assurance, during the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for the quality.

(2) The following three cases: beyond the quality guarantee period, improper operation and man-made damage, we still provide lifetime maintenance & guidance & commissioning of after-sales Service. However, engineers need to charge service fees.

(3) The non-standard machines that we manufacture according to customer needs, for non-standard parts, we offer customization and maintenance of lifetime, but the cost may be slightly higher than the standardized parts.

(4) Trading in FOB Term; the quoted price include the full price of the machine, transported to Ningbo Port fees, customs fees. Not include shipping and insurance charges. We can handle shipping on behalf of the purchaser, the cost paid separately by the purchaser.

(5) Earthquake, shipwrecks, war and other force majeure could be the grounds of exemption for delayed or cannot fulfill. Correspondingly, the other party's corresponding liability is also exempt.
