1.Modular design of the equipment by AutoCAD with compact structure and reasonable layout makes the installation, transportation and maintenance more convenient and fast.
2.The key components of the equipment are manufactured according to Japan , Europe and USA’s technology . The main parts of dynamic system , control system and mechanical system are international famous brand products, which is excellent in performance and durable in use.
3.The mixing blade , mixing arm and lining board is made of wear resistant material and is replaceable. The service life is not less than 100000 batches.
4. The load cell is from Amcells which has long service life and stable and accurate output signal. The metering error is less than ±0.5% for aggregate, ± 0.3% for powder and ±0.25% for asphalt.Computer-controlled system automatically corrects material flow impact. The unique ‘two-stage metering'( 75% of the presetted asphalt being metered first , after the metering of the aggregate and powder the system calculates automatically according to the actual value then supplement the rest asphalt content) ensures the best condition of the mixture proportion.
5. The PLC is from SIEMENS. The host computer is Taiwan IPC which ensures the stability and reliability of the equipment.
6.The independently developed software of the control system with friendly interface is easy to grasp and operate for the operator . The performance is stable and there is no risk to lose data.
7. The material of the bag dust collector made of Nomex fiber by American DuPont company ensures the high efficiency of dust removal and long service life. The dust emission is less than 50mg/Nm3.
8. Using of full automatic burner, fuel atomization and automatic control of air fuel ratio makes good combustion effect. Besides, the ‘material curtain' formed in the drying drum and the heat preservation measures greatly reduces fuel consumption ( less than 6.5kg/t under standard condition ). In addition, heavy oil and residual oil can be used, which reduces the fuel cost and production cost thereof.
9. Pulverized coal burner can also be used which greatly reduces production costs. Unique dual air duct design ensures full combustion of pulverized coal.
