PCD diamond nibs is made by sintering free directional diamond particles/submicron through high temperature and high pressure. PCD diamond nibs inherited the excellent properties of single crystal diamond, such as good wear-resisting performance, high hardness, high mechanical strength and high heat conductivity, which lead to a good quality of long life and high cost performance in the wire drawing application. So it is widely used in wire drawing operation regarding aluminum, copper, stainless steel, tungsten, molybdenum, nickel, molybdenum, various non ferrous metal, black metal, alloy wires and so on.

For the change of the drawing technology on the market at present, especially when the tungsten carbide dies is changed to the diamond wire-drawing dies, the Luminosity of the finished product can’t reach the level of tungsten carbide nibs, our company hired experts both at home and abroad, after a long testify, experiments, we developed a fine granularity, high luminosity, good toughness, easy processing dies. It is particularly appropriate for cutting wire, cord and some special wire drawing dies. Tungsten carbide nibs with exceptionally good luminosity, contains lubricant, so the more pull, the more smooth, but the lifetime is too short, diamond dies generally don’t have the lubricant of tungsten steel, so the more pull, the more dryness, the luminosity can’t reach the requirement, while our company’s new products had adopted the tungsten steel’s lubricant, extended the strength and toughness of diamond, and filled the bland area both at home and abroad.
