Test quality site:

Main grinding phenomenon after attrition: 

1.Self-excited vibration and workpiece surface appear regenerative ripplingin grinding process.

2.Grinding noise increase;

3.The workpiece surface appear grinding burn;

4.Grinding capacity increase or decrease rapidly; 

5.Grinding accuracy go down;

6.Grinding surface roughness increases.

These phenomena are not independent, all kinds of phenomena caused by correlation. Among them particularly pay attention to the workpiece surface’s thermal damage due to grinding temperature is too high.Also pay attention to the roughness and the accuracy decline due to self-excited vibration

Packing:

1.During transport,please load and unload carufully to prevent the crack and shock.Ensure packing without damage;

2.During storage,put the wheels horizontally,donot touch the floor directly;

3.Should prevent moisture and direct sunlight,keep the warehouse shady and ventilated.The warehouse's temperature can not be less than 5 degrees;
