Q1: What is the warranty for the toner powder? 

A1:  24 months warranty if any quality problems caused by the side. This warranty is longer than most of Chinese factories. And 1:1 free replacement for any defective product immediately. 

Q2: Can I ask for the money back if the quality is not satisfied?

Q3: What is your production time for the order?

A3: For the sample order, the production time will be about 2-3 working days.

       For less than 500pcs, the production time will be about 5-7 working days.

       For 20'ft container, the production time will be about 10-12 working days.

Q4: What are your toner powder quality standards?

 A4:  To assure you see no difference in appearance from your original cartridge printout, TIPCOLOR uses original factory specifications as our benchmark for print out quality standards. And excellent standard include ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO19752, RoHs, CE, STMC.

Q5: Will my printer warranty be affected using compatible toner powder? 

A5:  No. Equipment manufacturers cannot void warranty of your equipment or service contract for using remanufactured cartridges. Current Laws prohibit any manufacturer from requiring you to buy their product exclusively. Here is what HP says: "HP's warranty: For HP printer products, the use of a non-HP toner cartridge or a refilled toner cartridge does not affect either the warranty to the customer or any HP support contract with the customer." 

Q6:  Can we buy from your Europe office directly to save the shipping cost?

A6:  Sorry all the goods will be sent from our Chinese factory directly. No wearhouse in Europe so far.

Q7: What should I do if I have print quality problem?

A8: Please contact us and we will check the reason. And the defective products will be replaced for free. 

Q9: How can I pay the goods?
