Product Description

Automatic cold room sliding door

Sealing strip

All-round EPDM with excellent resistance to high and low temperature, ozone and atmospheric aging, as well as good dielectric, water-repellent, physiologically inert characteristics

Working temperature is -50°C~+130°C.

Door leaf

Aluminum profile and steel panel are combined to form the shell, inside which the polyurethane foams. It’s cold-bridge-free with perfect insulation.

Steel choice : painted steel, stainless steel, aluminum steel.

The emergency escape device allows the door to be opened from inside when locked.

Door frame profile

The door frame profile is made of aluminum or plastic, which is elegant and durable, unlike the wooden profile, which is low in strength and perishable.

Self regulating heater can be added, which doesn’t need temperature controller or manual switch power supply.

Guide rail device

Guide rail is made of aluminum alloy. The wheel works in lined rail and inclined rail. When the door opens, it will separate from the door frame. When the door closes, it will compress towards the door frame and floor.

Drive system

There’re worm-gear motor and synchronous belt to transmit the motion. Electromagnetic clutch is used to convert between electric and manual operation, which makes sure of the safety and practicability.

Electronic control system

Famous brand such as Schneider electrical components ensures the reliability and durability of electric control system. PLC programmable controller has greatly simplified the circuit. Only external switching value signal components are connected to the PLC. The PLC collects switch electrical signals for centralized processing, the program designs all kinds of trigger conditions correspond to different situations, makes it possible for delayed automatic closing and for deciding when to start delaying function. The function makes the door control perfect.

All controllers on cold rooms have an electronic display that will show the set point and running temperature.

4. How long does installation take normally?

Of course it depends on the cold room type and its dimension. Up to 20m3 we usually finish the installation in one day.
