About the how to use the led light:

 

Take the mini LED light and open the back. The light has a transparent plastic tab that needs to be removed to allow the batteries to make contact. Once the tab has been removed press the white button to turn the light on. 

 

 

 

Reminerlisation Gel:

 

he remineralisation gel is used after the bleaching process has been completed. In clean trays, apply a small line in the front portion of the trays and let it set in your mouth for 5 minutes. Use the gel after each session for the first 5 days and once every 3 days thereafter during the bleaching process. Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes afterwards. Be sure to rinse trays thoroughly after each use and store in a clean, dry place.
