Instructions of L&G Teeth Whitening Kit:
1.Rinse before use.
2.Using teeth wipe to dry teeth.
3.Look in mirror,comparing your teeth with shade guide paper, and record which stage you are in.
4. Apply teeth whitening gel evenly on your teeth (thickness approximately 1mm) .
5.Connected light with power bank, put the mouthpiece into your mouth and bite tightly .
6.Take out mouthpiece after 16 minutes. Rinse your teeth with warm water
7.Comparing you teeth with shade guide paper again to see how many shades you have improved.
8.Washing mouthpiece with warm water after use.
