Tianyu Lychee Machine

This lychee machine is mainly used to pre-process lychees for wine or juice or pulp.Its main function is to separate skins from pulp of fresh lychees which have been stemmed,cleaned and sterilized under the squeezing of silicone rollers.

We will have a test for peeling machine with lychee and longan in June,if you are interested,sincerely and warmly welcome to our factory.

Working principle

Lychees get into skin peeling device from hopper.Skins are teared under the action of presser belt and a pair of silicone rollers.Then the skins fall into skin conveyor.The whole lychee pulp gets into aggregating tank for the process of next.

This lychee machine is used to pre-process lychees for wine or juice or whole pulp.
