The gel is used after the bleaching process has been completed. In clean trays, apply a small line in

the front portion of the trays and let it set in your mouth for 5 minutes. Use the gel after each session for the first 5

days and once every 3 days thereafter during the bleaching process . Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes

afterwards. Be sure to rinse trays thoroughly after each use and store in a clean, dry place.

Notes :

1.Avoid eat too cool or hot food after bleaching process.

2.Avoid brushing your teeth for one hour after consuming acidic food and drink.
