1. Injection Mould

We have more than 80 sets of different injection moulds for the different items and product parts.We welcome customer mold processing.

2. Double color injection

Today the double color products become more and more popular due to the attractive colors,we are keeping develop lovely new items.

3. Injection

For the baby bottle,the first step is to injection the bottle base,the production ability for each machine a day is about 8000pcs.

4. Bottle blowing

Put the bottle base on the blowing mahcine and through the high temperature die processing get the wanted bottle shape.

5. Bottle blowing

Each bottle come out should pass the strict quality check one by one.The output for each machine one day is about 7000pcs.

6. Printing

We print different size from 60ml to 360ml and varied shape from round to square and from 1 color to 10 colors according to customer's requirement.
