2015 Wuxi air cooled heat exchanger design

The ZTL (T) series air to water cooler is well designed and manufactured based on the experiences at home and abroad, it is new high efficient cooling equipment applied in large DC machine. This type cooler has many advantages such as good cooling performance, low noise, small vibration, easy instalment and maintenance and energy-saving and so on.

Adopt the most advanced technology of casing fin tube expansion (double tube sheet flanging, sine wave pattern). Large heat exchange area, low aerodynamical resistance, high efficiency and low water volume.

There are special gaskets in front and rear water chamber. Good sealing performance, easy to dismantle for cleaning.

The sandwich damping structure is used for checking door, which leads to sound insulation and noise reduction.

There are the electric contact temperature indicator and differential pressure controller in inspection control system, whose function is stable and reliable.
