DEPROTEINIZATION STEPS

Step 1: TRIKLENS of fourfold deproteinization system moves to remove protein deposits on the surface of the lens.
Step 2：EDTA and Phosphate buffer break off calcium connectors supporting protein deposits.
Step 3: A surfactant,poloxamer 407 separates protein deposits and push up from the surface of the lens.
Step 4: Protein deposits separated and removed from the lens by triple deproteinizing system.
