Tipper semi-trailer

A trailer with a cargo container which one end can be raised to allow the cargo (most commonly building materials) to slide out the other. Commonly hinged at the rear, and raised at the front, there are also side unloading dump trailers.

A dump truck (or, UK, dumper truck) is a truck used for transporting loose material (such as sand, gravel, or dirt) for construction. A typical dump truck is equipped with a hydraulically operated open-box bed hinged at the rear, the front of which can be lifted to allow the contents to be deposited on the ground behind the truck at the site of delivery. In the UK and Australia the term applies to off-road construction plant only, and the road vehicle is known as a tipper, tipper lorry (UK) or tip truck.

Tipper semi-trailer is for transportation of coal, ore, building materials and other bulk scattered cargo.

2. Frame and girder of carriages are madeby high quality manganese plate welding. With strong strength, lifting power, stiffness, toughness, strong bearing capacity, permanent deformation does not occur to it.

3. Sophisticated technology: the main components adopt advanced equipment processing, girder adopt automatic submerged arc welding. The axle assembly machine is used for axles and spring assembly.
