Purpose and performance

This machine is mainly applied to internal/external cleaning of 2-500ml round bottles (various materials) or special-shaped bottles, which are roughly washed with ultrasonic waves, then alternately flushed with tap water, ion water and oilless compressed air for two times to meet the requirements of production technology. It has function of preliminarily drying bottles.

Features

1. Bottles washing is smooth, without squeezing phenomena. Spring protection devices is adopted to ensure that bottles are in good condition;

2. Bottles washing is intermittent, which can save water and air.

3Flushing spray-heads are stretched into bottles for washing, which can ensure higher flushing cleanness. Oilless compressed air is adopted for drying.
