Wet placement and pre-laid waterproof membrane are a kind of waterproof membrane which is bonded by post-poured concrete or cement mortar mixture.
Characteristic
1. It has low requirements of base surface, high degrees of freedom on construction and not affected by the weather changes, it also can be constructed on wet substrate.
2. It can save construction time and cost, you can use wet lay or pre-laid construction method.
3. It can be fully-adhered to the base surface by wet lay construction method; it can be fully-adhered to the structure by pre-laid construction method, reliable bonding and environment-friendly.
Application Scope
1. The waterproof work of basement and roofing on industrial building and civil construction.
2. It is suitable for the waterproof of subway, highway, railway, bridge and tunnel.
Construction methods
1. Clean up the Base surfaces, Wet out the base surfaces by clean water but without existence of ponded water. When under the wet placement method, the dry base surfaces should be wet by watering; when under the dry placement method, you can brush the base course treating compound on the dry base surfaces directly.
2. Using ordinary Portland cement (not less than 32.5R) to dispose polymer grout, stir master batch and cement to uniformity by weight ratio 1:10 and tune it into a paste, water-cement ratio is 0.4, Using electric mixer to mix it about 1 to 2 minutes, after stir up the mixture and let stand for 5 to 8 minutes for a backup.
3. Brushing the polymercementmortar on the base surfaces evenly. Paving the wet placement /pre-laid waterproof membrane on it while you scraping the polymermortar. Meanwhile, exhausting and rolling make it stick better.
4. Using lap mode to joint two membranes which is adjacent to each other, under construction, you can stick directly after tear out the self adhesion edge’s reservation isolation strip, at last, using special sealing strip to seal the edge.

Packing and storage
1. Membranes should be stored under dry and ventilated conditions.
2. Different types of membranes must be piled separately.
3. Under usual condition, storage period is one year since production date.
4. Membrane roll should be put vertically during transportation. It should be kept away from sunshine and rainwater.
5. In the process of transportation, it should be lying in case of inclination or lateral compressive force due to the overlapping; the height should not be stacked more than five layers.
