Factory strength: Our factory is located on Pearl River Delta where is a beautiful place and well-developed city in China. Our factory occupies 70 mu. Our factory is a sino-foreign joint venture. We can control our workshop. Diemaking Shop has their own data garage, and spark machine……We research and produce the state-of-the-art mold, which are large hot runner mold, they have high efficiency. In order to match up the high efficiency, in the injection molding workshop, there are 21 Haitian injection molding machines which are the most advanced in China. All of Haitian injection molding machines that we have are heavyweight and weight over 250 tons. The box packing workshop have 10 automatic production manufacture machine. Our daily output are up to 300 thousands pieces.

We are using 24-hours system. We control our quality of every product in every moment. Otherwise, we have 2D and 3D machine, and we can observe every detail  in magnification hundreds times to make sure every product can up to standard.

  A: When you send us an enquiry, please provide all the details, such as product size, item name, tube length, color, order quantity and packing requests. We will send you a quotation within 6 hours. 

  Q: How to start a custom project with your company?

     A: Please send us the products you want to order and all the other details  so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit .

 Q: What’s your MOQ?

 A: The MOQ depends on the design and production processes of the products.  Normally, our MOQ is 10000pcs.  If you order more than 30000pcs, we can give you a lower price. Then if you order more than 50000pcs, we can give you the lowest price.

  Q: What types of payment terms do you accept?

     A: The payment terms we accept are T/T(30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy)  , Western Union, MoneyGram and alipay.

  Q:How long can I receive an products?

 A: That depends on the specific products and your order quantity. Normally, the lead time for a 20feet container load will be within 20days
