Purpose and performance

This linkage production line is made up of JKGP bottles unscrambler, JKQCX cylinder-type ultrasonic bottles washing machine, JKGS filling/plugs screwing machine and JKZ capping machine. This production line is applicable to large infusion in pharmaceutical factories and for production of large-capacity injection in veterinary medicines factories. It is suitable for 50-1000ml plastic or glass bottles in the production of large-capacity liquid including oil emulsion, vaccine, food, medicinal liquor etc. after specification is changed. Plugs-erecting mechanism is required if traditional plugs-erecting. Output can be either 40-60 bottles/minute or 80-120 bottles/minute according to clients specific requirements.
