YVP Series Electric Motor 

Introduction about the YVP Series induction motor: 

Combining the advanced technology, YVP series motors possess advantage of wide range of adjustable speed, little vibration and low noise. Adopts squirrel cage type structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The independent cooling fan can guarantee the good cooling effect under different speed. Output constant torque running at 5(3)-50Hz, output constant power at 50-100Hz. 

Its installation dimensions and power rank conform to IEC standard, characterized by good interchangeability and versatility. Adopts F grade insulation, IP44 or IP54 degree of covering protection, IC416 cooling method, continuous duty (S1). For 55KW power and below connected in Y, 55KW above connected in triangular.

Specialties and applications; 
The rotor of the motor is specially designed to guarantee rated rotor torque output at low velocity. The independent axial flow ventilator in the cooling system ensures the cooling effect at different velocities. The motor has F class insulation, which greatly improves its operating reliability. This series has the same frame counterweigh, output, foot-mounting dimension with Y series (a bit different in shape). Its mounting arrangements are IMB3, IMB35, IMB5, IMV1, etc. It can be coordinated with the same type frequency converter at home and abroad. It possesses remarkable applicability and exchangeability, reliable operation and easy maintenance. 

USE: 
This series motors are widely used in light industry, chemical industry, textile, metallurgical industry and the velocity modulation of blower and pumps. It is also generally applied for automatic producing assembly lines. It is an ideal power source of velocity modulation.
