1. This machine adopts electrical & electronic synchronous control technique, both welding time and separate-phase welding is composed of digital and integrated electric circuit.

2. The operation is accurate, it has stable function, firm welded point, and without welded tracks.

3. The cross wires are need to be pre-straightened and pre-cut, then put into the cross wire hopper. Step motor in the hopper controls fetching the cross wire and feeding the cross wires into welding automatically, so it is accurate. The longitude wires are feeding from coils.

4. The edge of mesh is regular and it is unnecessary to slice the mesh edge.

5. Mesh pulling system adopts elastic tension link and opening positioning mesh, it is easy to regulate mesh hole; mesh opening size is rather accurate, welding aperture could adjust randomly within range.

6. Not only welding speed is fast, it is easy to learn and operate. Only two workers finish the operation.
