Our kayak mould is use twice CNC machining, the surface is very smooth, the kayak line will be very fine.

The process of making rotomolding kayak mould is:

1. Designing the kayak mould as customer’s requested.
2. Making the wooden mould or foam mould.
3. Making the kayak model.
4. Testing the stability of kayak model on the lake.
5. Checking the stability of kayak model and repair it if there is any problems.
6. Making the aluminum kayak mould.
7. Polishing the mould.
8. The kayak tool is finished.
