1.Exchanger

1) Full copper with tin painting, oxidation resisting.

2) Optional weight: 0.9kg-1.3kg, standard configuration: 1.0kg.

3) Plus-minus tolerance: 0.03kg.

4) Water pressure testing range:  0.8MPa-1.0MPa.

5) High water pressure test will be operated strictly. 

2. Burner

1) Stainless steel burner and aluminum air distributing rod.

2) Three rows harmonica type.

3) Winter-summer switch is optional.

4) Diameter of Nozzle: L.P.Gas ranges 0.66mm-0.76mm, Natural gas ranges 0.78-1.38mm.

5) Gas leakage inspection will be done strictly.

3. Valve

1) Copper and aluminum valve.

2) Gas-water link valve and zero water pressure valves are optional.

3) Starting water pressure for gas-water link valve: 0.025MPa-0.04MPa.

4) Applicable water pressure for gas-water link valve: 0.025MPa-0.75MPa.

5) Starting water pressure for zero water pressure valves: 0.01MPa-0.04MPa.

6) Applicable water pressure for zero water pressure valves: 0.01MPa-0.75MPa.

7) Magnet valve level: A, B, C class are optional, standard configurations: A class.

8) Advantage of A class magnet valve: stabilizing magnetic field to ensure the opening of the valve.

4. Pulse igniter

1) Electronic control board with silicone wire.

2) Double pulse ignition guaranteed.

3) Functions: cold-hot water switching button and temperature display,

4) Safety devices: 20 minutes timer, dry-heating protection, thermostat, flameout and over water pressure protection.

5) Igniter is powered by double 1.5V batteries.

6) Passed long life test not less than 100,000 times..

7) Igniting wires: 18.5cm and 30cm; induction needle wire: 30cm.

8) Thermostat wire: 55cm.

5. Water flow sensor

1) American “DUPONT” nylon, model NO.: JSD-D7

2) Reed switch: made by Japan OKI technology.

2) Content of CO in the smoke: equals or less than 0.06%.

3) Timer device: 20 min timer which stop after working 20±3min.

4) Overheating protection: Stop working when the temperature of hot water reaches to 80-100°C.

5) Flameout protection: the proportional valve will close if flameout happens.
