1. Sample cost:
For most products, 1 samples FREE, but the customer need to pay the freight charge.
But for the expensive items and OEM samples, PLS check the exact cost with us separately, when you place an order, sample fee will return to you.
2. Sample time :
1-2days prepare samples,3-4days for Air express door to door delivery.
3. Production time for order :
For most items, the production time is 25-30 days upon receipt of PO or deposit except CNY holidays.(Depends on order qty)
4. Product delivery :
For normal orders, we arrange the shipment by sea .
For urgent orders, it can be air freight.
But for very small order , we suggest to deliver the products by international courier, such as DHL, UPS,TNT and so on.
5. Usual port :
Shenzhen port ,HK port and ShanTou port..
6. Payment Term :
30% deposit, balance 70% before shipment.
