2/PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Materials: 

- Frame: Aluminum or steel frame which is treated with high quality of powder coating.

- Rattan: All weather / PE/PVC/ plastic RATTAN

- Fabric : 100% Polyester.

Wicker:

PE rattan is treated with Anti-ultraviolet/ UV resistant, Anti-fade colors , Water resistant, no deformation

PE rattan is made from polyethylene (PE), which has the characteristics of the non-toxicity and environment-friendly 

Frame: 

Aluminum:  strong, light weight and covered by good powder coating

Steel: Strong, covered by good powder coating

Frame is hand- welded strongly and the joints on the frames are full three faced welded. 

Aluminum tubes are highest quality.

Painting powder : By Akzo Nobel.

Cushion Set: 

Durable, Comfortable, and good feeling

Filling inside for seat cushion: Foam with density 20kgs/m2 inside and covered by rolled fleece.

Filling inside for back cushion: Fleece.

All cushions have removable covers with zipper and can be machined or hand washed in the water.

Fabric: 

100% polyester with density 180g/m2, 230g/m2, 250g/m2, 280g/m2…. as per customer’s requirement.

Fabric are treated with UV Resistant, Anti-fade color, Water repellent. Thus, the fabric repels water and oil and resist to the stains and mildewy.

3/ COLOR: Optional.

Favorite Fabric color: Cream, Beige, Grey, Blue, Black, Stripe.

Favorite PE Rattan color: Black, Brown, Grey, White.

4/ RATTAN SIZE:

Flat: 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm

Round:  2.8mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 5mm.

Half Round: 5.5mm, 6mm, 6.5mm.

5/ PACKING WAY: 

Standards: PE film and carton paper wrapped or carton box as per customer's requirement.

Packaging is strong enough to protect products during transportation

6/ MOQ: 

MOQ for chair, table, single item: 100 pcs per item.

MOQ for sofa set : 10 sets per item.

MOQ each order: 1x40 HC, Can mix 4 single items or 3 different kind of sofa sets in one container.

7/ DELIVERY TIME:

45 days for 1st shipment after receiving 30% Deposit or when original L/C is issued.

30 days for next shipments.

Also, depends on the order quantity or subject to the customer’s instruction.
