     Irradiated crosslink polyethylene foam(IXPE) is the branch project of National 863Plan, is high molecular material irradiated with high foaming multiplying power by high-energy electron beam by adopting the best advanced electron irradiation technique. It has the advantage of smooth and beautiful shape and good feel. Due to its compact bubble, when it is used for underlayment, it has the merits as follows:

1.light weight, good elasticity, strong chemical resistance and long-term use without distortion.

2.excellent effect as sound absorption, heat isolation and heat preservation, it is called ”sound barrier underlay”

3.The effect of waterproof will be so excellent if we glue PE film or other waterproof film on the surface, which make the underlay win the fame of “the king of underlay.” It is the first choice by customers.
