Packaging & Shipping

All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble&debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned,then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory.

All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading&uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.

Packaging details:	Standard export packing, major products using export plywood case packing, small products use thick carton packing, ensure that the product packaging integrity and safety;
Shipping methods:	1. Shipping by sea(recommend big product or a lot of goods of the order)

FAQ

1) Do you have manual or operation video for us to know more about the machine?

Answer: Yes, we will send the video link of the operating the machine to the customer, we have put all of the video on youtube website, convenience of our customers to see. After customers to buy the machine, we will configuration instructions in English to customer, together with the machine packaging.

2) If the machine some spare parts damaged, how to solve the problem?

Answer: Under warranty, first of all please send pictures or shoot video tell us machine damaged parts, after the two sides confirmed, we can send the spare parts of the machine to you for free, the freight shall be the responsibility of the buyer, or send to you with next order from us.
