The warranty time is one year almost 1000 using hours .

If the products have some problems we will send the parts free and instruct you how to repair 

it through video ,phone ,email,or other tool. And a engineer is also available . Or,we will check and replace by a comparable one which may be new or refurbished .

   A  : The generator set we supply used diesel  and we only supply diesel generator set. diesel engine ,generator alternator .

2, Q : What kind of the engine brands and alternator brands can your provide ?

   A :  Many engine brands : such as the generator engine powered by Perkins ,by Cummins Volvo,,Deutz,Doosan,Yuchai,Shangchai,Weichai etc .  Many alternator brands : wuxi Standford,shanghai standford ,Goldlike,Leroysomer etc.

3,Q : What Kind of alternator do you usually  match the generator? what if i have special requirement about the alternator match with the generator ?

  A : We usually match the generator with Standford or Goldlike . If you have special request we would like to take your advice .

4,Q : Can you accept OEM ?

   A : Yes, we can accept OEM.

5, Q : what's your delivery time ?

     A : It depends,usually ten days after receiving the deposit

6,  Q : Beside open diesel generator ,can you provide silent type and trailer type ?

     A : Yes, open ,silent ,trailer type we all can provide .  and our silent type is with high quality ,it can be very quiet . 77DB with in one meter.

7,Q : what kind of payment can you accept ?

    A : Usually we accept T/T 30% in advance,the balance 70% before shippment . but if you want T/T 100%  we won't refuse . You can also choose L/C ,west Union.
