The plasticizing extruder

This PVC board profile making line  adopts high efficiency and high quality plasticizing and mixing performance conical twin screw extruder ( suit for PVC powder material ) , famous zhoushan  brand  barrel and screw , reductor , heating device , powerful machine driving motor (CE certificated) .

 The mold and head

The mold and head adopts high quality steel material and stable escape velocity ability for plasticizing material .

 The forming device

The sizing machine adopts Cylinder Drive  for up and down ,water cooling way to form the surface and thickness of PVC board designed ,1.5kw water  pump.

 The haul off machine

 The tractor  adopts 1440r/min  380V 50HZ motor to drive the rolling type tractor and  side-cutter  for designed width of finished product ,and drying air blower  to wind the waste powder and drying.
