Applications:
Bonding magnet with general metals, and glass, jewelry, crystal, quartz crystal, etc.
Direction for use:
a)Remove the oil and grease from the surfaces to keep it dry and clean
b)Activator K-7246 can be applied to one of the bond surfaces, and can get dry for 1~2 mins, if where the bond gaps are large(up to a maximum of 0.25mm) or faster cure speed is required, activator K-7246 should be applied to both surfaces. parts should be assembled immediately.
c)And then apply the adhesive K-0319 to the other bond surfaces, parts should be assembled within one hour and develpo its full strength with 24 hours.
d)If using without activator K-7246, the initial cure time need 10 mins.
Note:
(1)Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use. do not return products to the original container.
(2)This product may produce some irritating odor during working time. if contact with your eyes or skin, pls flush with water, if become serious, you should go to hospital.
(3) Excess adhsive can be wiped away with organic solvent or a piece of cloth.
(4)Shelf life: 12 months store in dry and ventilated place
