Applications:
K-0609 is designed for bonding of cylindrical parts.
(1) Retaining metal cylindrical parts less than 0.1mm radical clearance to strengthen fitting strength, and prevent metal fretting and corrosion.
(2) Using in transition, interference, clearance fittings, and retaining belts, pulleys, gears, motors, and other cylindrical parts required to be polished.
FOR Assembly:
1.For Slip Fitted assemblies: apply adhesive around the leading edge of the pin and the inside of the collar and use a totating motion during assembly to ensure good coverage.
2.For Press Fitted Assemblies: apply adhesive thoroughly to both bond surfaces and assemble at high press on rates.
3.For Shrink Fitted Assemblies: the adhesive should be coated onto the spin, the collar should then be heated to create sufficent clearance for free assembly.
Storage:
store product in the unopened container in a dry location.
